“We've had some cases where a field was missed or other information was left out of a contract at the beginning of a launch. We had to pull them out and put them through DocuSign again. It was especially bad when we had multiple purchasers involved.”

Since onboarding to Spark, Ace has been able to increase process efficiency and accuracy. By removing redundant steps and manual efforts, Ace has streamlined their sales efforts.
“Request Forms really got some of us Spark Nerds excited about it. We were like, 'I can't believe It just cut out 30 minutes of steps for us'. Those extra time savings per contract really add up over time.”

“The benefits of collaborating with Spark's Customer Success team are really apparent now when we do our contract setup. When we send it to Rob and Lukas, they basically just say, 'same as usual?’”. It streamlines things and makes that process so much easier. Rob and Lukas are basically an extension of our team at this point.”
Ace started with 2 projects and 15 users when they first onboarded and has now grown their portfolio to 16 projects and 53 users on the platform.
